Anyone For a Pint?
Anyone for a Pint? Originated on Arathor and is now a Dentarg based
Guild. We have grown steadily and are now one of the main Horde Guilds
on this server. We aim for the large end-game instances and the high
PvP-ranks, in a laid-back manner with mature members.
We pride our selves with our mellow attitude and lack of Teeny-Bopper Caps-Lock-Generals.
History
The Guild was originally created by a mysterious character called
Jerik, that was never created, but merely existed in the Realm of
Azeroth before the age of creation. Rumor has it that this guild
creating force came to be, just as David Copperfields own apprentice
with the same name, died during an act shoruded in mystery.
After an attempt to reverse the ritual that sent our guild creator
to Azeroth, several guildies were caught by guards in Iron Forge, with
two buttplugs and large amounts of the local brew in their posession.
the Guild was later condemned to walk the earth as Horde for all
eternity.
Details
We Run a Ventrilo Server for in-game voice comms, and use GEM to organise guild activities.
Our two main rules are; No /spit(ting) and No /beg(ing)

fits their scedule.

'AfaP vision for Q1 2007'
The game has changed since the release of the last patch and with
further upheavals to come when the expansion is released in January,
the officers have considered the best way forward so that the guild has
a clear future strategy and direction.
We clearly want to get the best out of the game, and we all want
slightly different things, for some hardcore raiding, for others pvp,
and a lot of people enjoy a less active and casual approach to the
game.
It seems clear to us that the rush to level up to 70 will take over
from the pvp bonanza as soon as we get our hands on a copy of the
Burning Crusade, so our plans are as follows;
1, Get our guildies to level to 70 asap. We intend to be amongst
the first guilds to have a level 70 raiding team up and running. To
break up the monotony of level grinding two or three instance runs will
be organised each week, these raids will be organised by the guild
members and not officers, this will give all of you a chance to try out
your raid leadership and organisational skills, and perhaps open a few
eyes as to what is involved.
2, At 70 a hardcore raiding team will be established to get to the
new and challenging instances as well as the old favorites. New
officers and raid leaders will be appointed at that time to help with
the organization. We intend to have the sort of success that will make
us a popular choice for players wishing to join an imba guild but our
loyal existing guild members will be preferred so we will only
advertise and recruit when we lose an existing player. So now is the
time to make your place secure in this guilds raiding teams of the
future. Raids for the casual players will of course continue to be a
part of what the guild offers.
3, It remains the guilds policy not to invite back people who have
left the guild, especially if we get the feeling that the reason for
leaving was for a selfish short term reason.
4, pvp arena teams will be established for the pvp players, we have
many very experienced pvp players in the guild who have reached high
ranks, we expect to form serious winning arena teams for those who
prefer pvp.
Clearly a very different game to a couple of months ago, but exciting times ahead!
Note for people who are thinking of applying for guild membership;
is your reason for leaving your current guild due to your guild not
doing mc or bwl every night? Well newsflash all guilds are feeling the
effects of the recent changes, so if you’re merely looking for a quick
fix don’t apply to us. We are looking for loyal people who intend to
stay with us and work through the changes, if that’s you then you’re
welcome to apply.
I wish all new and old Guildies an enriched game experience with
Anyone for a Pint?
Yours
Docwolf, Guild Master
